So i got to the 8.2 boss and the volatility charges are on a timer instead of being permanent once you get one atleast in the first and second phase. when i look at videos whenver somebody gains a volatility charge its permanent. why are mine timed?

just for example, the yellow volatility icon does the same thing as the grey volatility timer in my fight. and the timer even keep going while he throws specials
