Urgent help with in-app purchase!

Hi guys, I’m trying to buy this £100 bundle, but whenever I click on it it says “cannot connect to iTunes Store” I’ve got the balance on my iTunes account rather than a bank card, I’ve contacted Apple and they said there Is nothing wrong with my account, so could this be to do with Kabam? Is it happening to anyone else?

    Go to your iOS settings and change the payment options, and then change it back.. I had the same problem.
