Not Getting Bonus Items from GBCs

I’ve only opened 2 so far and have only gotten the ISO and gold. Nothing else has popped up, no selector, no third prize. Nothing. There is nothing in my stash waiting to be claimed either and I have restarted the game multiple times. Not sure what to do next.

    I saw that too, but when I looked at the items themselves in the top right corner, it showed three things

    Did you see what your third item was? Because the only visuals I saw was the ISO and gold. I saw nothing else.

    Mine disappeared but showed up when I was done opening them all

    So I have 5 crystals, I opened 2 and saw nothing and backed out. If I open the last 3 do you think it will show the 3rd “bonus” reward?

    Yep, I had to open up all 5 to get my rewards. They never visually showed the 3rd reward on the screen until all 5 crystals were opened.
