    Each Alliance Event Milestone has an “Individual Requirement” amount of points that you must contribute in order to unlock that Alliance Milestone for yourself (even after Alliance has reached the Ally Required # of points for it).

    You have only contributed 90 points so far. You need to contribute 160 to unlock it for yourself.

    *and then each next milestone, the Individual amount keeps going higher and higher.

    I'm guessing you opened crystals before you were allowed to contribute to the alliance event? Did you join your alliance 2 weeks ao?

    (edit) a combination of both.

    16,880 points were done *before* your 14 day timer in Alliance was reached.

    Now, the additional 90 points were done (from the 3 free Lesser Banquet crystals) *after* you had reached the 14 day requirement. And so just those have counted for Ally Event so far.

    There must be something wrong here.
    I bought lots of crystals, but my individual rewards do not work.
    My team mate Demis spent less and has already reached the top rewards.
    Can you please explain?

    What do you mean by “they already reached top rewards” ?
    They may have been telling you that they reached Top ALLIANCE EVENT Milestone, while your screencap is showing your SOLO EVENT progress (they have different top milestone levels).

    If they only have 84,790, then they have not reached top Solo Milestone.
    (Although, maybe if they had just joined your Alliance 14 days ago, maybe they started doing some crystals *prior* to reaching exactly 14 days earlier today, those would have still counted towards SOLO, but not the ALLY points. So if their Solo vs Ally points are different, that is their reason why).
