Not getting calendar login rewards

I downloaded the game again a week ago and have not gotten any of the login calendar rewards. I’m a conqueror, but I am not getting banquet check in rewards. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    Conqueror, Level 40, and (I believe) acct had to be created more than 30 (?) days ago.
    In order to do Banquet stuff.

    It’s happening to mainly people uncollected and below like me if you do not fix it soon please give me some kind of compensation for all the login rewards I am missing out on.

    Daily log in calendar not showing up on home screen. Not receiving any rewards, have tried resigning into game. Even tried re-downloading game. I am level 50 running on android phone Samsung s21+. My other account is fine

    Hi, I also have a number of accounts that seem to be having the same issue of missing calendars. In my case there are no calendars at all when logging in. Attempted to refresh game multiple times and no luck.

    It's funny because I know that accounts below level 40 have the calendar, including the holiday calendar, I think the only one they don't have is the accolades one, years go by and I never fully understand Kabam's logic.

    I think it is not a bug but an intentional change to weed out “bot” accounts. I use the word “bot” to mean account which uses invalid email accounts.

    To contact support, an email is required and if the account has a different email, the account ownership verifying starts.

    I have a “bot” account and I kept details needed to prove ownership. This was acknowledged as correct and I am told no calendar below certain progression level.
