What’s the average response time on Kabam support tickets?

Accidentally fat fingered an AQ refill while playing and talking with family.

I know for anything else, it’s stop what you’re doing, don’t move or touch anything and send in a ticket,

But I also don’t want to miss out on up to 48 hrs of playing to wait for them to refund the units.

Is it just easier to take the hit and go about my merry way?

    I don't know if it was coincidence but whenever I've contacted them they've responded quite quick. Probably safer jist to do the path tho

    Oh, I haven’t sent in a request yet. I’m just curious if it’s even worth it given response time.

    For my tickets they are quick, when i send a query at night, i get response mail when i wake up.

    Most of kabam is on holiday break until the end of the year, so the response time could be very fast, or extremely slow. I imagine it probably won't be answered before your AQ ends.
