Titania is not reducing dot damage in path 9 for AW

Is it a bug or has something to do with certain champs? Even though I equipped decay tactic.

    Let me guess. Your oponent choose crush as defensive tactic?

    Did you have debuffs on the defender? Need those to control the DoT damage with decay. 3 of them to shut it down completely.

    You need to have the 3 debuffs applied before the dot is placed on you, otherwhise it won’t do anything.
