Why is AI not throwing specials?

I get that we have more champs with taunt abilities now...but not every champ has that. Mostly noticing it in PVP but as a daily player I have definitely noticed ai just turtling up. I get that you need players to be on the app for hours a day multiple times a day....but can we maybe not make AI so defensive? Or are you about to release a mastery that gives every champ taunt by just standing there not holding block?

    It’s to do with harder endgame content. Enemies refuse to be baited with the mentality that you can’t possibly kill them before they get to their SP3. If they just stand there and do nothing you will eventually have to take some guaranteed damage from an SP3 before you win the fight.

    That's how netmarble increases daily active use and gets you to use items. It's intentional rigged code.
