7* Skill Defenders are Stacked, but who takes the Title for Best Defender?

Context is strictly for BGs , timing out or losing a lot of health etc, whichever would lead to the most victories or whoever you’d be most likely to ban.

For arguments sake assume everyone is sig 20 and an equal rank (either rank 2 or rank 3).

    Killmonger
    Korg and Bullseye are great defenders in certain situations or nodes, but Killmonger is just overall a better defender, with much more utility across all scenarios.

    He’s held up incredibly well as a defender. Even with a counter he’s still annoying sometimes

    Hear me out:
    Any champ with long range light attacks can beat Korg if you know how to fight him. Bullseye on the other hand requires not only an evade counter but bleed immune. In BGs one of two things will happen, you'll either timeout waiting for the evades to go away or you'll lose a ton of health from bleed when you dex. Yes, unpopular opinion but I have a very strong feeling he's going to be better than Korg, it's harder to play around his mechanics especially paired up with nodes.

    As a 7* the extra health makes him tanky but at a low sig you dont need a specific counter as much as you would for a max sig 6 star.

    I have to admit that I’m surprised KM isnt winning the poll, even unawakened his crit resistance makes him insanely tanky. Also he has really high block penetration.

    Anyone can defeat unduped korg or attuma, but km gains a lotta power from debuffs nd is too annoying.

    Yeah unduped, KM is miles better than Korg. I still think if both are duped he has the edge over Korg too.

    If you’re cornered against the wall versus KM things can go south real fast, and his specials can help in pushing you back

    I don't know how anyone is accurately gauging Bullseye's effectiveness this early.....

    Also, each champ's effectiveness specifically in BG's depends vastly more on roster, nodes, and drafting strategy than just general defensive mechanics.

    That being said..... I do hate me some Killmonger.

    Yeah I’ll give it a month before making a new poll with just Bullseye, Korg and KM. Looks like KM takes this one

    Did you read his kit? There are very few champs who can counter him 100% right now, Kitty and Iceman being the only ones I could think of.
    Sure, Storm Domino Weapon X etc will also work but they will lose health because they have no way to deal with the bleed damage from dex and specials. Onslaught or Omega Red? Nope, probably slow because they can't shut down his evade, if you can't shut down his evade the only way to counter it is literally waiting it out every single time it procs and doing nothing cause if you trigger it you're either dead or you lose a ton of health. Sure you won't lose much health but it won't be a quick fight, that evade will stall a lot if you're forced to wait it out every single time it procs.
    I agree that we can't say 100% how good he will be, but if I read Korg's Killmonger's and Bullseye's abilities and I had to pick one, Bullseye sounds more annoying.

    I’m finding it hard to beat korg quick when he’s 7r2 even when he’s low sig and I have an energy counter. Km sp2 is fairly easy to bait and he will only ever dash into you twice before stopping. And if u have arch angel it’s just parry heavy bait sp. I find it harder to counter the rock stacks than reverb.
    That being said killmonger is still a top ban for me lol, he’s super annoying also.
