F2P experience

I am a complete F2P guy. I kinda play regularly and just to have fun in the game. I don't have a great amount of time to play the game. But recently I have played the game significantly less. Reason?
If I want to rank my fav champs I don't have the iso and gold for it.
If I want to do a necro run I don't have the revives for it not can I purchase revive from units coz I like to save units for sales.
I take 26 units from the 4* arena every cycle coz I don't like the arena.
I play 1-2 matches of battlegrounds and do some ROL winter soldier fights to have some fun.
That's all

I'm FTP, completed necropolis, have 10k units, and 170 revives.
The rest of it - yeah if you barely play the game you won’t have iso or gold. Kind of surprised you didn’t mention a catalyst shortage as well.
Here are your condensed points:
- You don't have gold, iso, or revives.
- You have units, but like to save them for sales.
- You only do 5 minutes of arena every couple of days if that.
- You do
Let me diagnose you from my vastly different experience as someone who doesn't spend on the game:pointlessfights in ROL that give you practically nothing in return except enjoyment (?).You aren't enjoying it.
*Gasp* Let me give you a prescription now. To be able to accumulate resources, rank champions, and have revives in excess, you have to play the game. Many high-level (assuming this is you because you are even contemplating Necro, but stop me if I'm wrong) pieces of content quite literally give out gold like candy these days. Literally just do any of it and you will get a decent amount, or target specific paths/lanes/quests that give more. Do things like story content in later acts. Participate in alliance events to get some energy refills and solo events for revives and units daily. Autofight apothecary daily. Use your units to help you enjoy the game instead of saving them for a single dopamine drop that doesn't involve you clearing content that will also get you good rewards like Necropolis.
Or, quit the game. Seriously, my best advice to players with burnout is to either find something to like or don't spend time on something you don't like. If you find yourself itching for it after a week or two, then come back on with a better-nurtured sense of enthusiasm or get some itch ointment at your local CVS...... Is there an international drugstore that I am just not remembering? I feel like that's the biggest one that I can come up with at the moment. Welcome to America.
"I want to play the game but I don't like playing the game" okay well cross that out
"I don't have resources but I don't do the things I need to to get them" well alright then
"I can't purchase revives because I like to save my units" uhhhhhh
About necro I have completed 2 paths.
Act 8 fully explored.
EOP done.
Got a lot of gold after my 1st necro run took sassy to R2 and Maestro to 6* r3 exhausted almost all of it.
The amount of gold we get to rank up is way more than what we get for rewards.
Same goes for ISO. I don't even know where to get iso anymore.Arena maybe?
Grind arena and get grandmaster crystal shards?
I have already used up my incursions artifacts.
In more sandbox-y games, this is less of an issue. The idea in sandboxes is you can do almost anything you want, but then it is up to you to figure out what to do. There's no point unless you invent one. Here, there's structure. You can't just do what you want. There's purpose in everything dictated by the rules of the game. If you enjoy leveling up and ranking up champions, you have to do what it necessary to collect them and to rank them and to level them. If you don't want to do those things, you won't get to level and rank champs as much as you want. That's not a problem for the game that needs fixing, because the game is not designed to please you or any other one player.
This is also not an F2P problem. Almost everyone who plays this game is F2P. Somewhere around 5% of players of this game, like almost all mobile games, ultimately spend *anything* on the game. When people talk about F2P players having problems, they are basically talking about virtually all players of the game. It is not like F2P players are a minority, or even a small majority.
