Is duped 4* Phoenix worth ranking to 5? I saw Seatin's update of champions and he has a rank 5 4*

Is Phoenix a good champ to play? Was surprised to see that Seatin has a rank 5 4* Phoenix.

    Phoenix has great prestige and can be a good synergy bridge to some good mutant champs. I have mine at 5/50 and she hits like a truck. A little bit of a glass cannon so you have to be able to evade...not just block and attack. She is worth it to me.

    i wouldnt, seatin has his r5 because hes already r5ed the better ones

    One of my fave to use. Play right and her incinerate and regen can be great. If you enjoy using do it
