Anyone else (not) getting special task completions?

I wanted to knock out the third Winter Soldier from the Bullseye Targets after I got the first two doing threat levels 1 & 2 of the side quest. So the obvious choice was ROL, right? But when I beat WS in ROL I didn't get the expected "mission completion" popup. ROL isn't practice mode (technically) so what happened? Has anyone else had this happen lately?

    Different version of WS there and in earlier acts that don’t count for objectives. Same with other characters.

    ROL champs are coded differently. They do not count towards any targeted champions. They are kind of "Ex" champions.

    But, per Kabam's own description, "in any game mode" and this is a current game mode. My black/white mind says that counts, because it isn't excluded like practice. But thanks, that is good to know for the future.

    Dude you got like 7*... Do threat lvl 3,4 or 5.. why go to Rol....

    I didn't get credit for defeating Doctor Strange Doctor in Act 1.1.1, but anywhere else I defeated him I got the credit. Very weird.

    Act-1 champs that have since been given revamps are also the original still in Act-1 and also don’t count.

    Read the various other threads already discussing this (like “Week 1 Duel Target” thread).
