Issue with Tactician Role?

Has anyone been noticing damage issues with this Tactician role? Everyone using this role in my alliance seems to be much lower in points than the other roles.

In my BG, I’m alternating attack with the other two roles and they’re hitting the 10% cap easily but I’m only hitting 3% after 185-199 hits with a 7* Silver Surfer. What am I missing?

    I have a R5 Ascended Hulkling, but he was locked in War yesterday when Raids started. 😩

    Yeah. We’re on Kang and I just need to keep alternating combo enders, right?

    I'm by far the highest scoring in my bg and I can't even get close to max charges from my teammate. It's very depressing. But hulking is op.
