Ultron bug or intentional?

Ultron’s bleeds change to degeneration when fighting mutants. But, if you have the deep wounds mastery the degen duration doesn’t get increased, causing this to feel more like a nerf when fighting mutants instead of a buff. There are already other champions that mess with the way masteries work. Seems like the deep wounds duration should be applied to the degen when fighting mutants.

    That degeneration helps out when fighting Mutants that are bleed immune.
