  Pi doesn’t matter, only health and attack. Pi just makes the champs look prettier and show up higher on the champ info page, along with giving extra arena points

  Looks like OP had the bug where it wasn't showing the masteries of the opponent, so what you were seeing is the "prestige" or base stats of the champion.

  Maybe the guy activated some boosts after for some quest and increased P.I....
