  You work on your actual skill level, instead of relying high power Champs to carry you.

  T6CC is in the side quests, event quest, story quest, glory store, battlegrounds store, necropolis, special objectives.
  
  The game has always given away bits (called fragments in game) of whatever catalyst is the top tier at the time yes.
  
  You progress by using the catalysts to level your champs past the same weak level. Can also boost your champs permanently using masteries. And temporarily using boosts.
  
  If you don’t play any month besides December, you will be even more behind than you feel right now if you wish to play this game.

  You've got like 46 accounts, and a good third of them have been banned. You're either spending A LOT of time in this game, or I just found somebody sharing a lot of accounts that are about to be actioned on.
