Prime gaming bundle not showing up in game to claim

White tiger prime gaming bundle not showing Ingatestone to claim even though I have claimed on website and have had email saying my prime gaming claim is confirmed and been redeemed.

Device: Samsung galaxy s22
Device operating system: android 14
Game version installed: 42.1.0

    Now got it working after changing my default Web browser to chrome
