Aw potion in loyalty store update missed?

As per aw47 announcement, it was stated that lvl5 potions were going to be available as first step to fixing the aw potion economy.
Aw47 has started, store update time has passed... We got the 500 unit deal but no updated loyalty store.

Was it forgotten? Delayed?
