Where's the iso?

Does anyone know the best places and ways to get iso? I feel like more than ever in the past few months I'm always out of iso. I only use matching iso to maximize it.

I have 4k iso in overflow all the time

I am unsure how this becomes a shortage

I'm wondering if my lack is due to not doing lower side quest for the past few months while focusing on necro. Might be the reason I haven't had many 4 n 5 star shards which usually drop dupes for iso.

Way. There was a bug once where instead of awarding shards, the game was awarding whole crystals. A thousand shards is a small reward. A thousand crystals is a dumpster fire for the game designers to wake up to. There are supposed to be guardrails to prevent such things from happening ever again, but nothing's perfect.
