What happend to act 5 and 4 compensation

Kabam said that they will give compensation to those who have completed act 5 and 4 in the past 90 days.Im still waiting on that compensation.

    Is that compensation holding your game progression?..Cause those compensations are usually pretty disappointing..

    at this point i’ve given up. the rewards would have helped at the time, but they’re absolutely useless to me now

    Damn, I think giving everyone who have completed act-4,5 the updated rewards would be faster and less resources intensive at this point?
    Rewards aren't ground breaking at all to higher players but going this route would probably save them a lotta headache.
