I know voodoo is considered god tier when he is awakened. but is he still decent unduped? to the point where he is r4 worthy? thoughts?

    Yes. Still top 3 five star mystic champ unduped.

    He’s not as reliable when unduped. Makes it very risky in AW or act 5 if you can’t tell if you’ll get the power control or poison active
