Is War Tactic bugged again?

After last season, the defense tactic was tuned down since the damage was ridiculous(not that it still isn't, but that's a separate issue).
But while just recording today, I saw that the tactic values have again come up unlike what it was supposed to change.
As of Jan 29th, this was the tactic

We can see that it is 2 15% Daunted Passives.

This is the tactic today.

Now it shows 2 30% Daunted Passives.

Is this a visual bug or did the update mess up the values again? If so, this needs to be addressed immediately.

Believe that attack tactic was also not tuned up to what they said it would. Sturdy was supposed to apply a taunt for 12 seconds with the change, but it reads as 10 seconds in the in-game description.

I didn't notice that. If so, then that needs to be looked at as well.
With the tactic already being trash even after the change, such issues need to be addressed promptly. Hoping Kabam sees this and responds to it.

I honestly don’t care about war anymore, no potion update, horrible tactics, why should I care
1-revive strategy makes me very comfortable

Yes, it should be fixed ingame, but the description might still be wrong.

There’s a lot to unpack in that sentence, but thanks for the reply. Appreciate all you do.
