Worst Customer Support Experience so Far

I am a Paragon and playing with 9 plus years. Currently, I am using Google Play Game to login to Game but Kabam is not allowing me to use the same email address as my Kabam Email address. When I tried linking it, it ended up linking a wrong email address.
I tried explaining everything in the ticket and but felt like no one is actually trying to help and want me to remember something from 9 years ago.

I love the game and enjoy playing it a lot. Can someone please try to help here from Kabam's team.

Finally, they confirmed the ownership with given information and updated the account but somehow I lost all my Shattered Ironheart Rift tokens 😅
Anyways, my thanks to Kabam for the help in linking the account. I guess I will continue approaching the support for getting the tokens.
