Willpower mastery not working

I have 8 mastery points but I am unable to active or rank up willpower mastery. I don't know why need guide how to activate this mastery?

    Put 7 into other defense masteries, then the 8th into willpower.

    Looks like you are missing points in defense. You need 15 other points already active in defensive masteries before being able to use the Willpower Mastery

    I recovered all points for some reason now this **** happened

    You need 15 points total in defense. So if you have 9, you need 6 more before you can add to Willpower

    You need 15 points in other defense masteries to be able to put points into Willpower. That is how it has always been. When was the last time you changed your masteries?
