Accidentally reset my necropolis progress 😂😂😭😭

(My in game username is TheMaster101, I think my username defaulted to my channel's name)

Hello everyone,

I was being an idiot and i got kinda mad at the game and without thinking hit restart and confirmed…obviously this was not what I meant to do. I was at the final grand master boss at 28% hp, and I have not done a single thing since i restarted, except for three boosts expiring. (I was doing the fight at 6 am so probably not the best state of mind to do a fight) I did submit a help ticket and from what i've read on reddit some people were able to get their progress back. If anyone else had a similar experience, share below. Or if you want to scold me for being an idiot 😂

    To be fair with boost being moved to the left I've clicked the bottom button on the right a couple times and nearly quit the quest. Lucky for the warning or id have quit so many times but caught myself every time

    I swear if that warning wasn't there I'd have broken multiple phones due to accidentally quitting quests

    Most likely support may be able to put you back at grandmaster. As someone mentioned at full health. If you are using aegon, he may also be back to zero combo.

    Happened to Andrew the ruff.

    Kabam support managed to reset him back to where he was on the map, including opponents hp.

    However, Aegon did lose his combo - they could not fix that.

    Damn....I just had a completely the same situation, I restarted the quest accidentally when I was in the 11th node (Sandman node). It was so devastating...

    BTW, did you get your Necrocopolis progress recovered after contacting Kabam support? :'(

    I contacted the support right after doing this silly thing last night....and they have yet to reply me.....hopefully Kabam Support can do me this favor.....

    Again, so sad..... :'(
