New Ai already?

I was taking on this wow nebula and somehow I keep running into things I’ve never seen the ai do before like dexing while blocking my combo, and somehow I can recover halfway through her special and still Dex the last hit sometimes? Am I the only one where this happens or the only one who didn’t notice that these things could happen before?

I have noticed that if you keep hitting the block after an autoblock, the AI will sometimes dex and even hit you in between your hits
Not only nebula, happened to me with champs with autoblock in their kits, like peni

Yeah but somehow when I do it almost always after that autoblock the next hit she evades and then does a full 5 hit combo everytime. Somehow on YouTube I sees them make all the same mistakes I do and then the defender just stands there passively instead of full attack mode.

I've also noticed this, especially in the Nebula fight.

I was able to dex out of her SP1 a couple times after getting clipped by the first hit. If you’re far enough away when you get hit, the second hit sometimes misses and the special stun lock ends and you can avoid the rest of it. I’ve had it happen more often if there’s a projectile in the middle of a special. It’s most common for me against Ronin and Misty Night. It’s been a thing for a long time. I posted a thread with a video breaking out of Ronin’s special a while back.

Yeah I have noticed the special thing before as well but not this often, also I mostly do some weird move that is not the needed Dex so I stil get hit by the last hit:(

This isn't autoblock related specifically but I've had instances where I'm hitting into a champions block and mid combo they're dropping their block on a hit and triggering their abilities. Like Kate's riposte

That is normal autoblock behavior. If you use a double medium attack and the first is autoblocked, then the AI can and probably will combo you in the face because they can react the exact frame after the second medium hits the autoblock

It’s about lights after the auto block not mediums, of course hitting 2nd medium into block is going to get countered lol

He probably means mediums with 2 hits, like tigra, Deathstrike, etc
