Prime gaming is unwilling to help me for another 48hrs. This is an issue with that website and mcoc. My account is correct. I only have 1 account and only use prime gaming for mcoc. I tried clicking on the redeem in game button while on prime gaming after collecting the loot instead of just exiting and going straight into the app directly. When I clicked on their link it sent me to the App Store for mcoc and I clicked open in the App Store then it redirected me to mcoc where I had no new messages or the new dust loot package. It just never showed up in my mcoc account even though it says I claimed it in prime gaming.
I also had the problem today: claimed it on Amazon Gaming, MCOC opened but my session had expired. Nothing when the new session started, nor after a restart of the game. And the rewards are marked as claimed on Amazon Gaming. No problem the last 2 months.
I chatted with prime gaming support after 48hrs. On my iPhone I went to Settings then to Safari and went to “clear history website data” and clicked that. It doesn’t delete your bookmarks or current tabs open so no worries there. I relogined into prime gaming and even though it said I had claimed the Dust bundle still I clicked on the “redeem ingame” link and followed that to mcoc and received my rewards once I was logged in.
Kabam did nothing to help. Prime gaming support helped.
