Amazon Prime rewards are bugged

Amazon says I have received the rewards but as you can see I do not have serpent.
nuu b20 running the most current android update.
Please fix these problems. This is what ruined Marvel insider!

    At the point you press a button to CLAIM it (not gonna dig thru screenshots, been many threads mentioning this, as the process has maybe been enhanced since original release).

    You can do a PRESS-N-HOLD to get a Pop-up, in which one choice is OPEN IN GAME (or something to that effect).

    So in addition to using a native built-in browser (Chrome or Safari depending on your OS) instead of other separately downloaded browsers, doing the Press-n-Hold on that Claim will ensure it takes you into the game and correctly receive it.

    (As opposed to doing it differently, which might take you into your AppStore instead, which could cause a problem with the claim).
