  As of now, no changes have been announced for those pools. The timer is just for purchase limit purposes, it’ll be the same champs after the timer expires.

  What would they say that they haven’t already? They’ve previously announced multiple times that the Loyalty and Incursion pools will remain as they are into the foreseeable future. There’s no need for it to be said again.
