i paid money for the peter parkers wallet but i didn’t get the units i reloaded the game a lot of times and i still haven’t gotten it

i had paid for that peter parker wallet with my payment app and i paid it and then i when i went back to the game it wasn’t there and then when i refreshed it like 10 times it still wasn’t there ,someone told me to logout and then log back in and it still wasn’t there man i do hardwork for my pocket money and kabam took my money
