Women of Power selector - best choice?

I'm a fully f2p, very casual player - currently uncollected with around 20 6-star champs, solo alliance. Mostly play Story and EQs. i don't play AW or BGs at all, so defense really isn't a factor.

Also, i don't accumulate new champs very quickly so prefer to avoid someone who needs to be high or max sig.

Leaning toward Photon bc i could use a champ that applies a lot of debuffs, but am i sleeping on either of the other two?

    I chose werewolf by night to awaken him and it was so worth it. He's great at r4 and soon to be r5 when i get the gold lmao

    i've finished everything minus the Allison Wonderland quest (which isn't needed for the champ selector - probably won't bother since i don't have ISO to spare ranking up the 4-star champs needed for that quest.)

    I would love to have Valkyrie, however she needs both awakening and max sig to really shine. It will most likely take me literal years to get a champ to max sig so i'd prefer a champ who is more useful when initially acquired.
