    You'll need someone to deal with Sabretooth's Regen. If you have despair, Shuri and Photon would be good. If you don't want to use it, then level up that Omega Sentinel. The no retreat node is annoying so you'll want to practice retreating just once until the timer is out. Here's the infographic that I used long ago. It's outdated now but still a good reference by MCOC Noob.
