Masteries not working

After the recent mastery loadout update when you try to equip the recoil (liquid courage and double edge) masteries, they do not boost your champions attack or PI.
Is Kabam aware of this?
In my opinion (respectfully) if this was a pro-player bug it would have been fixed in minutes… but it’s the exact opposite.
