  No I’m at one below because they sent out the side quest extra stuff a little bit later, and I had done a run already.

  If you’ve already used all your entrances, then it’s too late to help. But basically you can use an entry, do the fights, and quit out before completing the quest. This lets you get Knullifier event progress without consuming your entry.
  
  The lower progression tier Knullifier events were made available to everybody, but that wasn’t Kabam’s original plan. So they probably won’t be taking any additional steps to let people complete them since they’re kind of a bonus anyway.

  Actually I think a mistake happened. On 3/27 they sent out a message that said it was to help complete the knullifier event. It was 1 single raffle ticket for serpent, which was not added to inventory, I now believe that was supposed to be a flower because I am also 1 entry away from completing all the knullifier missions.

  The message came with the picture of a ticket but was actually 9 points in the knullifier event

  You probably DID complete the Solo Event tied to your Progression at the time month started.
  
  That mail msg and extra entry was given when the opened up the Solo Events of ALL progressions for everyone (as a solution for if some ppl were to advance in progression during month and then not have otherwise had access to new progression solo event).
  
  Seems like you are short in just those “added progressions” events, having used enough tickets prior to that Mail that then no longer allowed you to “catch-up” in those other progression events too (when completing quest each time, which would then take your ticket each time).
  
  There WAS a workaround way to catch up, without actually using an entry ticket, that people mentioned up here, which would have let you tech that max.
