  Is his account being logged into by someone else .
  Or is it just sitting idle ?
  
  Automatic swap of leadership occurs after about 30 or 60 days of not being logged in.
  
  But really, they should be the one to contact Kabam Support and request change of password, etc to get it back.
  If they can NOT answer all the questions to verify account, then I’d assume the same problem would exist (can’t verify acct) in order to speed up the “automatic leadership change” from idle accounts either.
  *although maybe they would thru a support ticket (if not logged in for a week or 2) ?

  Here’s how my process goes with support:
  
  Date of birth?
  “Got it!”
  Email and password?
  “Got it!”
  First 2 purchases?
  “Got it!”
  Accounts Date Of Creation?
  “Damn”
