Help me decide on my first R2 7 Star plz

Which 7 star should be my first R2?? Got the r1 to 2 gem from beating act 8, but am not sure who to rank up.

    For me mate it's an easy Sunspot. He's a BG and questing beast

    lady D is a solid rank up. Not as much damage as sunspot but she is a utility machine

    I go with either professor or sunspot. LDS isn't also a bad option. Rank up that guy b/w deathstrike and two mutant beasts according to your roster (i.e between tech and mutant, which class have lesser r4 or r5 6*combinedly). Between sunspot and professor, i gave an edge to sunspot bcoz he is a decent attacker as an 7* but rank up that guy between these 3 who is your favourite.

    ladyD but she requires very aggresive play and you can't block either,
    So for first choice go with sunspot
