Why do you think it's important?

The Alliance Chaos is one of the most competitive in the prestige race for AQ/Raids. They are spenders. I was with them before they were CHAOS though. I know Ninja and DamnEpic as they played when I was there. They open tons, and tons of crystals. They placed very, very high in Banquet and they are the ones that buy all the deals. It's not that important.

You can't "hack" sig levels. They are a whale alliance or whatever is considered above a whale.

USAFA has a profile with 3 Sig 200 champs. One of which is Korg. Is he hacking? Is it important? No. You're just trying to stir a pot that doesn't need to be stirred.
