Anyone else think BGs could benefit from a season long blacklist/whitelist system like AW?

I've had this thought for awhile, but never posted it for whatever reason. I really think BGs could benefit from a banning system like the one AW adopted. No matter the meta, 90% of matches have most (if not all) of Champs like Fury, AA, CGR, Herc, Doom, Nimrod, Torch, Scorpion, Kitty, etc. I understand those are some of the best in the game, but it's exhausting when you're grinding BGs to face the exact same Champs over and over and over and over and over.

While not as good as the usual Champs in decks, there are so many other good Champs that excel at one side or the other, and they never get used because "haha CGR go brrr". Having a system like AW where 2/3 Champs are prohibited from being added to decks might at least tone down the monotony a little bit.

Probably an unpopular opinion, but that's where I'm at. It would be nice to see some different Champs once in awhile instead of every deck being a copy and paste of everyone else's.

    I feel like it would be cool to sell a "cloak" in the BG store that would hide one of your Champs.

    I believe if sagas are going to continue, the blacklist system in war should be removed. Bans are fine, but remove blacklist/whitelist.

    Yes, 100%. It's a reasonable idea, it's something I've thought of as well. it wouldn't ruin the game mode, it would help stabilize things because it's only going to get harder with more 7* versions of existing champions being released - marking the looming end of the 6* life cycle, more op champions like Onslaught, Bullseye, Serpent being released and the soon to come sales. I don't know why those that disagree with the post lack the foresight to see that, we'll see how much you enjoy battlegrounds in the upcoming months when facing skilled players with decks full of op R3 7*s.

    N to the o, No.

    The Blacklist/whitelist system is already ridiculous and almost of no use in AW as the blacklists are always some of the most useful tactic attackers (as judged from the previous season) and the whitelists are never tactic ones (as they were never used).

    It's a terrible system and has made AW awful in this tactics era.
