Alliance Recruitment is BAD!

Why is recruiting for your alliance so bad, you either need to spend 10 hours posting in gen chat which is not a fun place to be, or you need to spend hours with your alliance on “open” and keep kicking until you find someone meeting requirements and criteria, why is there not nearly 10 years down the line a better method or updates to recruiting. Being in an alliance, alliance war etc are such massive parts of the game so why should alliance recruiting not be. Even adding a simple thing like a prestige cap so you can set it that people under a certain prestige can not join your alliance or even if that meant a formula that calculates your alliances average prestige and then not allowing new players to join under (x) amount even something so simple can make recruitment so much easier. Maybe something like an ingame recruitment board where you can post a short message about who you are and what kind of alliance you’re looking for so recruiters can see, okay this person has communication methods, they like doing war, they enjoy battlegrounds and they have a rating or Presteigne that fits in with our alliance ( click send invite to alliance ) and vice Versa you could do this for an alliance profile so people can see your alliance, what it is about, what is required and what the alliance likes to take part in as requirements or just enjoyment. Why 10 years down the line do we still have this god awful recruitment method that probably hasn’t seen an update since its release and is not an enjoyable experience for anyone.
