Knull and void shards are not working

I have claimed quite a few but they don’t show not the picture of the shards or the crystal in the crystals tab I know of others who are experiencing the same problem as well. But in my Alliance I can see that some people are opening these crystals though. I would like to know if there’s a way I can fix this or if it will be fixed.

    they are gonna be with your Solo Crystals, third tab. not with standard 3*-7* Crystal Shard crystals.

    The picture of the shards isn't showing up in rewards for the milestone events, I know that, and the tool-tip calls them by a string with loads of underscores in.

    Yeah, I only got 3*s from mine…its something wrong with them 😡🤬

    They do not show up in my shop either. Not that I need any more 3*s.

    I don't even have a crystal tab that tells how many shards I have in ANY section.

    And the shard pic on the milestones is blank or all white for me too.

    C'mon KABAM you can do better. It shouldn't be this hard.....
