Can you adjust the graphics settings to maximum performance on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3?

My first thought was to respond with LOL, but that doesn't help anyone. @DarlingPrincessss This game doesn't have any player facing graphical settings. No, it doesn't make sense that many older devices with worse performing chipsets have much better graphics than many newer devices with objectively better performing hardware. People (it's not just me) have been complaining about this for years. Kabam doesn't ever respond or even address it. If your phone is too old or low performing, you can't turn down or disable anything. It's just kinda too bad if you want them turned up or down.

It doesn't mean that if you respond with "lol" that doesn't help anyone. It is written for developers to understand because I write for iPhone 16 Pro and all Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
I am fighting for all the people here who have the best devices and have lower settings just because of slow optimization.
Also, I am writing for slightly older devices from last season, etc. They have better optimization and better graphics overall because I have all of them. I am just curious and asking, and I know this is an old problem.
Currently the game can't perform differently in how you think it should for different devices. I believe if they are going to introduce a frame rate selector, it's not going to change what you think it will change. Frame rate will change how smooth the game will run. It sounds extra textures or anything like that.

They have to build the game for all the varying devices that can play the game currently. It's some few hundred android devices out there that can run it. This game probably won't have graphics settings which is what you're referring to.
You don't understand. Games and gadgets are amazing. You're mixing gadget brands and processors. They don't need to do that for each gadget separately.
There are processors, brands of GPUs. Now, there are two main processors used by millions. It's the same processor. We're not talking about gadgets here, etc. We're talking about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which doesn't matter where you use it. It uses the same GPU, which is the best right now. I'm even writing for iOS gadgets. Brand new gadgets don't get what they need. Older ones are just a little bit slower in that. There's nothing here about brands of gadgets. The topic is the main processor that's in the best of them, and this is one of them. As a programmer, I'm telling you it's a small job. Regarding FPS, these gadgets usually don't have issues, even if the game isn't optimized. However, older gadgets have better graphics, but they're not better overall.
Nothing here is about the brand of the gadget. It's about a really nice game and how to make it a little bit better.
    Uhhh whut?
OP is saying the brand doesn't matter because the top devices use the same hardware or iterations with the same origin, that Kabam doesn't need to do it individually for each iOS or Android device, that new hardware isn't stressed at all by this game, so defaulting to worse settings isn't necessary, and that this is a really nice game, but it could be a little bit better without a lot of effort.

    I think.

Well, OP is wrong. All 3 flagship phones use different processors, chips and GPU's.
No, they aren't exactly the same, just mostly, but that doesn't matter and isn't what op is getting at.
If a new device fires up the game in late 2024, is it likely to be less powerful and capable than an iPhone 12/Galaxy S20? No. It's likely to be more powerful, probably significantly so and built on the foundation of something that's already out and known. No chipsets are taking a step back in their capabilities and features, so defaulting to mid-level graphics for anything not on the whitelist isn't necessary. It just annoys people, especially because those will be new phones and their performance is worse.
The only difference that I've been able to even see is the Dr Doom SP3 animation for the stuff around his hand. It seems they removed part of the animation. But when looking at older videos, that was at least 9 months ago and it seems they removed it for everyone. But it's also a SP3 animation and would have any effect on gameplay because it's essentially a cut scene.

Back when I had a LG V20, I was missing animations that iPhone and I believe high end Samsung users had like the animation that you pointed out with Magneto.

I believe they do code the game to know what your phone can handle and it shuts off or simplifies certain higher load animations. But right now, with my Google 8 Pro, I have the same animations as S24 Ultra and 15 Pro Max users have.

I haven't seen anything where older phones are out performing new phones. I know BringPopcorn has mentioned have "dull" animations but I haven't seen screenshots from him.

Chipsets aren't the only thing that matters when it comes to graphical performance either. Your GPU and RAM are going to play a part as well. All 3 of the phones I listed have different RAM and GPU too. I'm not s complete expert in all this but I've been around it enough to know a lot but about it. Again, I think they eliminated some animations to make the game run a little smoother. But I believe everyone has the same missing/changed animations.

The post was not for opening a discussion; it was for the developers' team to check, see, and do more so that people would be pleased by their efforts. It's not that this is not the best game on the market, but there's no point in chatting because this is a programming topic. So I need to explain that on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or iOS now, can put a game, watch a live Twitch stream, and one more video, and the game won't lag. However, because it's a very new GPU, they didn't make the upgrade people think they did, and you can only like it or do nothing. That was all.

Don't talk about you Pixel No one talks about your Google Pixel. I talk about Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 that powers millions and millions of flagship gadgets.
You posted on a public forum.

The snapdragon 8 is processor, not a GPU.

IOS is a operating system, not a GPU or a processor.

My Google Pixel seems to out perform your precious Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

I hope you're not an actual programmer or in a related field because you're terrible at this.

Nah Pixel can't compete with SD 8Gen 3. And in long sessions it can never especially games like Genshin or COD
