Get Now button greyed out

Hi - as per discussion title. Can’t purchase units etc. as Get Now button is greyed out. Have done what is suggested on Kabam website to no avail. Can anyone help as there are a couple of packages I’d like to purchase before they run out.

    Actually not all the info needed to help.

    Do you mean on the WebStore ?
    Or in game Units Store ?

    Is your account in the “Red” (negative Units, from a prior purchase being reversed by you thru your bank or credit card company) ? If so, can't buy normal Unit packages, can only buy “make-up” packages that will bring your account out of the negative.

    None of the above applies - just must be an in game error for some reason!

    Won't get no response off them until Monday, if at all, they don't work weekends
