loss of points in the Omega crystals event.

Today I bought 8 Paragon Omega crystals, I opened them but they did not add the event points. Then I bought 8 crystals one by one and he told me about these for the event. I would like to know if you can solve this problem or I already consider it lost.

    ssame thing here. bought 3 crystal (900 unit) and didnt receive my points. was suppose to receive a 600 units from the milestone reward.. :(
