Anybody else have issues claiming the 22k shards? I claimed them but they aren’t in my crystal shards pool anywhere.

    Same. Also, does someone know how they get calculated? I fully explored 3 quests and then did completion on another, how many should that give me?

    I believe each singular shard you got in the Beta version equaled 500 7* shards each. There was a max of 44 individual shards obtained

    Phew! Got the weird email & claimed them. Accidentally erased email(due to personal email OCD), restarted phone twice, & no shards showed up. Glad I'm not the only one

    I think they did send the placeholders. I believe I was closer to 14900 earlier and I'm now at 14958. I was thinking about using some resources to bump me over.

    On the other, same error as everyone else. Looks like they have retracted the email but still showing in the stash…
