Kitty Pryde bugged interaction with Bishops' Steady Release in BGs?

Hey,

I was just playing some BGs and picked Kitty to go against an awakened bishop. After bishop used his SP1 I noticed that Kitty was taking damage when the grey circles were expiring for an incinerate debuff to be placed on her. She got the extra heat bonus from being immune to incinerate and I got the pop up on the left side of the screen saying immune. I still took damage however, and my alliance mate and I tested this interaction outside of BGs and Kitty took no damage from the same interaction. I am Diamond 1, am I simply being an idiot and missing or node or is this an interaction that is bugged in BGs?

    I was wondering about this too. Unsure whether there is a bug with her kit or is phasing purifying Bishop's incinerate debuff and afflicted with Debuff Feedback (energy damage) or Bishop on power overload and dealing energy damage when he is incinerated.

    Hence Kitty may not be a good option against Bishop.

    Kitty has definitely always been a great option against bishop. However I believe if you incinerate him you will still take damage from his overload. Just basics and sp2s.

    Did you perhaps throw an sp1?

    They are talking about steady release not overload

    I know, but perhaps both were happening at the same time and OP didn't realize, was what I was wondering.
