  You can only use the chi charges once each, then have to throw a heavy or special to recharge them before you can do it again - look at the icons under his health bar and they show up orange if you can use them, grey if you cannot.
  
  The main rotation is to MLLLM into his block to get the stun, then either MM or MLM, and then Heavy. By then you'll need to dodge and SP1 and then repeat. Skip the MM/MLM if you're already over his L1 by this point as you don't want to push him to his SP2.

  Yes, definitly keep him to SP1 - just keep retrying until you're happy with how much you take off and then start reviving. I retried until I managed 50% in one go, so I went from there, promptly screwed up my 2nd run and had to revive again, got it down on the third go.
  
  I didn't trust my skills so I'd throw an SP2 when I got to 10 or so charges, rather than saving up for a single massive one. YMMV.

  Keep in mind organic magnetism applies 2.6% AAR for each stack, that can also fail the stun.

  If you block one of his sp1 hits it place organic magnetism debuff, which reduce AAR
