Looking for alliance, active in alliance quests and wars (I am uncollected, almost 10k prestige)

So far every alliance I have gone to has not been active in alliance wars at all, but they have been in quests. I was in just 1 alliance war so far, and it seems like fun. If I need to give any other information, just ask in the comments (and specify what you mean by that, because I am not familiar with a few terms involved with these kinds of things). IST time zone and I am quite active, although I have school beginning next week.
