  Now sinsiter does but back pre buff he didnt inflic debuffs on self so id say ibom as i dont recall any others placing debuffs on them selfs

  Surprised nobody’s said it yet, but Mojo’s style of buff control by duration reduction. Other champs have taken inspiration from it, but none do it quite as well. It’s a unique piece of utility that has proven to be evergreen.

  Photon shuts down Willpower AT BASE, You enter the fight and it's gone, there's nothing you can do to prevent it.

  Jabari Panther also shut down the Dexterity Mastery entirely when she entered the Hunt.
