Unclaimable AW Rewards

Anyone else not able to claim their AW rewards in mailbox after this last war? Others in my ally also have this issue.

    Got them twice. One set claimed and the other just stays there.

    So are these just going to forever be in my inbox now? Do we need to open tickets to resolve this? They are unclaimable.

    Duplicate ones (not claimable) should disappear as normal in about 7+ days or so.
    Mail msgs don’t stay around forever, and neither will these extra ones.

    That’s why I’m not bothered by it. Hope others still got their rewards and these are just repeats.

    I think players do get the rewards if they claim either one of the two first. When the system detects you claiming the first one it immediately disables the other with a side effect of a bug which prevents the message from being deleted until 7 days later.

    I dont think I could ever claim mine, not duplicate. So I guess I’ll open a ticket
