Bug for free crystals

Hello, since yesterday, I don't have the timer or the possibility to claim my daily crystal or the free crystal every 4 hours. Also, for the special objectives, there is no weekly or daily showing. My son's profile does not have this problem. Help anyone?

    My guess why your son doesn't have this problem is because he is below uncollected.

    It's NOT a problem.
    It is intended.

    For 4 weeks, those other things have gone away.for players who are Uncollected and above.
    And you got a new DAILY SUPER EVENT with all sorts of Milestone Rewards instead.

    There was a Live Stream, a post on the forums, and most importantly an in-game mail that announced it.

    If you want to be courteous or want to be treated courteously don't question someone who is taking his time to answer something when he has no obligation to do so....

    The answer had already been given, and so yes “as intended”.

    A link to the announcement provided as the very first reply in the thread, so yes there was an “Announcement” whose link was provided to show you that it was announced, even if you didn’t bother seeing the same announcement in game.
